  I have had two visits in 6 months to Emerg at RVH. Both times were excellent experiences beginning at prelininary registration, then to triage nurse and then physician. Wait times, from arrival until departure, on both visits were less than 75 minutes...pretty outstanding in this day and age! Great patient care and service! Thanks.

  Staff is exceptional. Very fast outpatient department. Cafeteria food is amazing. I travel 45 minutes to go to RVH just because of wait time and staff and doctors professionalism and careing attitude.

  Needs to improve their speed! I know some patients need first priority care but having to sit there for 4-5 hours waiting to see a doctor for less than 10 mins is very outrageous!
