  zero stars!!A dealer from hell!!!! first called C j Parizien 3 times only to have her never call me back! decided to make the trip to the dealership and she had left early, fine delt with a different rep Jason L. seemed nice but couldn’t give me a price would out going true sales manager Brandon if im not mistaken ,Brandon looked at my trade and the truck I was looking at buying witch was on the lot and started going back and forth with numbers told him what I wanted to pay and we ended up agreeing on the monthly payment

  wife and daughter were fed up and wanted to leave. Told them to call me in the morning when they would get there system going! Got a call the next morning from C J for some reason she stuck her nose in the negotiations and the price went up drastically! Enough said will never deal with Renfrew Chrysler

  Great service department!! Very professional and helpful!! I was so impressed, they really cleaned up that place and added some new staff. I will be bringing my vehicle there from now on!!

  Omg the best place to bring your car for detailing. Tyler the professional detailer and his assistant did a super amazing job on my truck definitely recommend this place.

  Awsome sales staff to deal with. My wife and I had a great experience and Jason Low, Chris and Brandon were all very pleasant to deal with. Even seen an old friend and awsome mechanic that I worked with at the prior dealership. Didn't recognize you at first Pat. Youve lost weight and I've gained. Lol. Keep up the good work lads.

  First bad review post but they deserve it! After test driving two vehicles over two separate visits about 2 hours total was treated like we wasted THEIR TIME ! Salesman pointed out that yes they stayed open late.. five minutes after posted time and we must be playing games with them if we weren’t willing to make the deal now . Got up to leave and Chris followed us out to basically hassle us all the way to our car. Heaven forbid you want to think about a $40 000 purchase. Sorry for being a responsible consumer that wanted to browse before deciding. We will be purchasing a new vehicle this month but it won’t be here
